She can dance...

Madison did a great job at her dance recital.  Ron and I love watching her dance. It was a wonderful night followed by tradition out to Red Robin after.  Madison as I did loves to dance and it shows in every picture.  Such fun and it sure brings back great memories from when I was a young dancer.

The Loves of My Life!!

I was so impressed with what Ron and the kids did for my Birthday!! They really went all out making me feel ever so special.  Ron and Madison worked hard on the decorations!!  I was greeted home with this Batman Banner on the Garage then I entered our home after a long night of traveling home from San Fransisco.  There were pink streamers hanging everywhere with balloons galore.  On the table sat Batman Birthday decorations.  We waited a day to celebrate because it was so late when I got back from San Fransisco.   After the kids got home from Dance and Soccer the party began.  My Honey and the Kids got me a rather large flat screen TV for the bedroom along with a blue-ray player.  With only a few more years until our first leaves on his mission I know this will make for some fun movie nights and sleep overs in our room.  We did not get it hooked up watch TV it will only be used for movie night and my netflix watching of Bones!! WE ended up having a mini movie night watching  Batman 2 and the picture was so crisp with the Blue ray. Fun times and I adore my family. I really had one of the best Birthday's I have ever had.

A Very Happy Birthday!!

All I can say is Wow!!  I had one of the Best Birthday's ever.  I was invited and attended a health event in San Fransisco. I was in beautiful down town San Fransisco for 3 days!! I  stayed at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in Union Square click here to see the hotel.... I  Loved every min.  I met so many amazing people with a passion to help others have a happy healthy life.  What an great adventure.  Today was my Birthday and what a awesome gift.  Basically a paid vacation as I looked at it.  My pedometer said I walked over 40,000 steps today shopping and sightseeing.  I made it back into Boise late.  With a warm embrace from my husband I was happy to be home.  Kissed each of my sleeping kids now I am ready for bed.  We will have a family celebration tonight.  Fun times and a very Happy Birthday!!

Mother's Day~

We spent Mother's day weekend in Beautiful Twin falls seeing Mason's soccer tournament.  What a wonderful event to attend with my family.  My husband and kids made me feel like a Beautiful Queen and treated me to a wonderful weekend full of great memories!!  How blessed I am!!  Now I am off to San Fransisco tomorrow morning for a health event.  3 days in Beautiful San Fransisco!!  :-)

BodyPump & Iron Man

You can't go wrong with a weekend that includes BodyPump and Iron Man.
Saturday Nampa fit Studio had there big BodyPump 85 kick off.  I had a blast team teaching and am getting ever so close to starting to have my own classes.  It has brought me so much joy becoming an instructor of one of my favorite fitness classes.  In doing so has helped me get out of my comfort zone and really push myself.

Saturday night date night was going to see Iron Man 3!!  Wow what a movie!!  Great acting and ton's of action that is a for sure.  We are Super Hero fans so to say the least it was a great date night!!

BodyPump

I have been taking  BodyPump classes for awhile now and have fell in love with the training!!  I love group fitness and weight lifting so to find them both together is such a plus.  I thought about becoming an instructor along time ago and even put it on my bucket list but with healing from the stress from 2012 I did not picture this happening in the near future.   My dear friend Kim who is the owner of Nampa Fit Studio has been such a support to me through the years said I should take the upcoming instructor course..  I thought about it for awhile and came back with a big yes!!  I prepared hard and took the course this past weekend.  I passed with a BOOM!!  I am so excited!  Here are a few pic's from the great weekend!!

Knapp Creations

Madison is one talented daughter!!  She needed to make money for girls camp and she was determined to make it in a way she would enjoy what she was doing while earning the money.  Ron had a patient at work that told him to have his daughter come to work and she would teach her how to make these beautiful scarfs.  I took Madison down to Ron's work and Madison learned in just 10 min and has made ton's of them.  She sold them all and payed her way to camp.  She decided to sell more because so many many ladies wanted them so she even made above what was needed for camp.  If your in need of a Mothers day gift these scarfs are perfect.  She can pretty much make it what ever color combo you need.  We modeled a few on facebook so here they are.  Let me know and I can tell Madison what your you want. I am pretty sure she will be making these all summer long.  Go Madison!!  She loves making them and they are beautiful.

Pink My favorite were sold out until she got her hands so busy she has 3 ready to sell.

The orange and blue Madison was not sure would sell but they are all gone and she is adding more of this color to her collection.

Boston Marathon Tragedy

My heart literally aches for the families of the people who lost a loved one in this awful tragedy.  It is times like these when I am reminded of how precious life is and how we don't know our tomorrow so be sure to tell those you love that you love them. 

Happy Birthday Ron!!

Ron's Birthday was fantastic!!  I made his favorite Carrot Cake and we just had a really nice small party for him.  He got lot's of great gifts and he was a really happy camper.

My Sister knows how much Ron loves BYU so she made him a nice big blanket. 

We got him a Angel mug.  He's been an Angel fan since he was a young boy!!

I got my sweetheart a frame of our picture for his desk at work.  It has my favorite saying on it.  Loved you yesterday, Love you still, always have and always will. 

Our sweet Niece got Ron a really nice valet box.  Perfect for his watch collection.  It's so nice. :-)

The Kids got Ron a Frame Album for his desk at work.  He can brag about his Beautiful kids. :-)  We sure have been feeling blessed.  Mason had Spring break the last week of March and Madison and Bryson have had these past 2 weeks off.  It's been wonderful.  Feels like summer.  It will be hard having everyone gone during the days again.  We have had some great family times with lots of family movie nights.  We are glad summer is right around the corner.

Boise Glow Run!!

We did out first family 5 K!!  Mason had mentioned to Ron that he wanted to do the glow run.  When Ron mentioned it to me and said we should do it as a family I thought what a blast.  Madison and I went  shopping for a bunch of glow items.  The night was so much fun and in a heart beat we would do it again! Ron and Mason Ran and made great time .  The kids and I walked and ran we took much longer but had so much fun..   I was so proud of Madison and Bryson rocked it.  He is one fast runner.

A Beautiful Easter...

I sure love this girl!! 

So glad to spend Easter with my Dad and Sis. My Dad just got back from a very long cruise.  I missed him so much. It was a great Easter for sure.

Ron had a good time playing with the Baby Chicks who have grown oh so much since we were over last.

2013 just keeps getting better!!

 Easter was wonderful!!  From an early morning Easter egg hunt with a beautiful church service that included my friend Leyla's talk that was ever so special. Newly baptized she has such an amazing spirit.  Her talk was really special and touched my heart in a big way.  The day ended with Very Delicious Eater dinner at my Sister Joys.  Easter this year was extra special as it landed on March 31st which was  my Mothers Birthday.  I sure miss her... We reflected on so many good memories of her. It was great to be around family!!
